Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

THE PRE ORDER PROCESS

MEET YOUR ADVENTURE ADVOCATE

Your Adventure Advocate is your go-to person for all things KAYA. He will request thirty minutes of your time to walk you through the Trailer production process, build details and address any questions.

COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

​

After finalizing your Trailer build details, you will be sent an invoice, your sales paperwork, a production date and an estimated delivery date. You will need to pay your invoice before your production date to begin your build on time.

TRAILER PRODUCTION BEGINS

​

We're a small team dedicated to the quality and design of our products, and our manufacturing process reflects our high standards. Once your Trailer is completed, we will do an extensive quality check on your build.

REGULAR UPDATES

​

We understand that you're excited to adventure, and we'll do everything we can to get your NS-1 to you as quickly as possible. That being said, we don’t cut corners and we appreciate your patience. We will regularly update you on the status of your build.
